Thank you for choosing Cones Canada and Custom Cones USA - your go-to source for all things pre-roll. We’re committed to shipping your order quickly, efficiently and with full transparency every step of the way.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder. (Tracking emails are sent only after the order has left our warehouse.)

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship using the following carriers:

• UPS
• Freight (LTL)

You’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Freight Shipments

Large or bulky orders may ship via freight carrier. If you need standard parcel shipping and only see freight options at checkout, please call us at 437-476-9260. We’re happy to help.

Shipping Timelines

• Orders ship within 1-2 business days from our Ontario-based warehouse. *
• Shipping days: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM EST.
• No weekend or holiday deliveries (including expedited shipments)
• Ground shipping typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on destination.

* LTL freight orders may require up to 3 business days for scheduling and may experience longer transit times based on carrier availability.

Expedited Shipping

Need your order fast? We offer expedited shipping through UPS.

Cut-off time: Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST may ship the next business day.

We’re proud to support our retail customers with free shipping on eligible orders over $3,000.*

Promotion details:

• Applies only to in-stock items shipping from our Ontario-based warehouse
