We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us right away if there are any issues. Please keep all original packaging until you’re fully satisfied with the condition and performance of your items, as original packaging is required for returns.

You may return any unopened stock pre-rolled cones within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

If Cones Canada, Custom Cones USA or the manufacturer is at fault, we will arrange free return shipping

Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Process

We aim to make returns as simple as possible. To initiate a return, please use one of the following methods. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please include photos with your request.

Please return all items with original packaging. If replacement packaging is required, let us know. Additional fees may apply.
