Shipping Information

Thank you for choosing Cones Canada and Custom Cones USA - your go-to source for all things pre-roll. We’re committed to shipping your order quickly, efficiently and with full transparency every step of the way.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder. (Tracking emails are sent only after the order has left our warehouse.)

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship using the following carriers:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • USPS (must be selected for P.O. Boxes – extended delivery times)
  • Freight(LTL)
You’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Freight Shipments

Large or bulky orders may ship via freight carrier. If you need standard parcel shipping and only see freight options at checkout, please call us at (833) 582-6637 — We’re happy to help.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via UPS Worldwide and DHL Express Worldwide, where available.

Please note:

Customs duties, import taxes and additional fees are not included in your shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility at the time of delivery.

Shipping Timelines

  • Orders without a lead time ship within 1-2 business day from our Ontario-based warehouse.*
  • Shipping days:Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM PST.
  • No weekend or holiday deliveries (including expedited shipments)
  • Ground shipping typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on destination.
* LTL freight orders may require up to 3 business days for scheduling and can experience longer transit times based on carrier availability.

Expedited Shipping

Need your order fast? We offer expedited and overnight shipping through UPS and FedEx.

Cut-off time: Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST may ship the next business day. For products with listed lead times, expedited shipping applies after the product ships.

Free Shipping Promotion – Orders Over $3,000

We’re proud to support our retail customers with free shipping on eligible orders over $3,000.*

Promotion details:

  • Applies only to in-stock items shipping from our Ontario-based warehouse
  • Excludes custom orders, dropship item, and distributor/negotiated accounts
  • Shipping method is determined by Cones Canada and Custom Cones USA. and may include LTL freight based on order size and destination
