At Cones Canada and Custom Cones USA, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer flexible return options, trial periods and samples, so you can purchase and scale your pre-roll line with confidence.

We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us right away if there are any issues. Please keep all original packaging until you’re fully satisfied with the condition and performance of your items, as original packaging is required for returns.

Pre-Rolls & Packaging: 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return any unopened stock, unbranded pre-rolled cones or packaging products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

If Cones Canada, Custom Cones USA or the manufacturer is at fault, we will arrange free return shipping

Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Not eligible for return:
  • Discontinued items
  • Custom-made or custom-branded products
  • Bobbins
  • Items marked “All Sales Final”

Pre-Roll Machines & Machine Parts: 7 Day Worry-Free Trial Period*

We understand that purchasing pre-roll equipment is a big decision. If you need help selecting the right machine or parts for your production needs, our Sales Team is happy to assist:

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible machines within 7 days of receipt and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exclusions (not eligible for return):
  • All pre-owned machines
  • Industrial Cannabis Grinder XXL
  • DaySavers Perfect Pack
  • Labeling machines
  • Automated pre-roll machines
  • Cigar rollers
  • Any custom part or accessory
To receive credit, machines must be returned:
  • In all original protective packaging
  • In original condition (no scratches, dents or damage)
  • Completely clean and free of product or residue

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Returns received with product residue will be denied and the machine will be destroyed.

After 7 days, all sales are final.

Return Process

We aim to make returns as simple as possible. To initiate a return, please use one of the following methods. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, include photos with your request.

Please return all items in original packaging. If replacement packaging is required, let us know. Additional fees may apply.

Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
